Welcome Meeting of Labex MILYON on October 19th
We organize our "Journée de rentrée" (Day where students, PhD students and post-doctoral fellows of the Labex Milyon will meet) on Tuesday, October 19th, at 10 am, at the Maison des Mathématiques et de l'Informatique (Access Plan)
This meeting will be led by Guillaume Hanrot, Head of Labex Milyon, and Olivier Druet, Director of the Maison des Mathématiques et de l'Informatique.
Your presence is mandatory.
I would be grateful if you could send me a message (before 1st October) to confirm your presence for the whole day (meeting + lunch + sightseeing tour) so that I can reserve the exact number of participants for all the activities.
The programme for the day will be as follows:
- 10am - meeting - presentation of the Labex Milyon and the MMI
- 11am - visit of the "AI" exhibition (in English)
- 12 - welcome buffet
- 1.30 pm - departure from the MMI for Pérouges (by bus)
- 2.30 pm - free visit of the medieval city of Pérouges https://www.perouges-bugey-tourisme.com/decouvrir/un-voyage-dans-le-temps/la-cite-medievale-de-perouges/
- 4-5 pm return by bus to Lyon
For all the activities of this day, no need for a health pass; just bring masks for the whole day.
